We are recruiting an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and progress quickly in their tech career. The Application Support Analyst position at Totalmobile is the perfect vehicle to learn a large range of technologies which will give you the grounding for a range of careers in tech.
This role will provide 3rd line support to our bespoke products that are built on SQL, Azure, and AWS technologies. This position will give you an excellent understanding of our range of products and the knowledge base to grow and progress within the company.
This will be the perfect jumping-off point for a lot of different roles within Totalmobile as you will gain a very broad technical understanding of a range of technologies.
Although this role is a remote position, we do require you to be able to travel to our Newbury office on occasion for team events and product training.
You will quickly and accurately log all customer queries and requests on our Incident Management system (Freshdesk). This will include queries logged with us by telephone, email or online using our self-service system and carrying out all relevant administration activities associated with the role. You will apply a high level of Technical and Application knowledge to diagnose and resolve customer problems and escalated incidents.
You will have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a customer or application support role up to 3rd line. You will be educated to at least A-level or the equivalent. Your previous experience must include MS SQL database queries. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms. Ideally, you will have an understanding of ITIL processes.
